Restored Vision LLC – Service Policy Agreement

This agreement outlines the policies, requirements, and terms of service for all projects completed by Restored Vision LLC. By signing this document, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms described herein.


1. Project Timelines

- Minimum Completion Time: All projects require a minimum of three (3) weeks to allow for potential issues, quality checks, and adjustments.

- While some projects may be completed faster, the customer agrees to the three-week minimum in the event of delays, accidents, or complications.


2. Scope of Work

- Restored Vision LLC will not perform the following services:

  • Basic demon eyes installations

  • Simple halo installs

  • Lens swap-only jobs

  • Galaxy-style taillight builds

- Our primary focus is custom headlight projects. Taillight work will only be considered for prior VIP customers or on a case-by-case basis if pre-approved.


3. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must have an alternative daily-use vehicle; project vehicles may not be available during the build process.

- All lights must be shipped in their original factory packaging. If not, Restored Vision LLC is not responsible for any shipping-related damages.


4. Payment Terms

- The first 50% deposit becomes non-refundable once parts and accessories are ordered.

- Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the return or release of products.


5. Warranty & Repairs

- Restored Vision LLC provides a 6-month warranty on:

  • LED components

  • Condensation issues

- After the warranty period, repairs and replacement parts/accessories will incur a service fee.


6. Liability & Disclaimer

- Restored Vision LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation outside of our shop.

  • Wear and tear, accidents, or third-party modifications.

  • Shipping damages if lights are not sent in original packaging.

- All builds are intended for show use only unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding vehicle lighting modifications.


7. Hours of Contact

- Restored Vision LLC can be contacted during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Messages or inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed the following business day.


8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, the customer confirms they:

- Have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy.

- Understand that timelines, warranty coverage, and limitations apply as written.

- Accept full responsibility for compliance with vehicle regulations and safe operation of their vehicle.
